Informed by over a decade of research and validated across multiple settings, our compassion training program and learner resources are designed to elevate learners' baseline compassion by equipping them with advanced knowledge, practical skills, and clinical tools to cultivate personal and organizational compassion.
Whether you’re learning online at your own pace or onsite, all our modules are accredited and can be used for Continuing Medical Education or Continuing Professional Development Credits.
Results consistently demonstrate that EnACT learners are highly satisfied, have improved workplace wellbeing, compassion competence, and receive higher compassion ratings from their patients.
Time is precious, compassion is complex. The five EnACT modules are stackable and can be delivered in-person over a single day or online, with data showing that learnings are transferable and sustainable in real-world clinical care.
EnACT delivers evidence-based, practical compassion skills. Supporting a wide variety of learning styles, EnACT combines self-reflection exercises, research, relational skills training, and more to produce an immediate and enduring impact.
The EnACT training program consists of five online competency-based modules to develop advanced knowledge, practical skills, and the attitudes to deliver and sustain compassion. They can be taken in any order and each module is divided into smaller chapters, so you can learn at your own pace.
